Brief Summary: Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of atrial fibrillation (AF) reduces left atrial (LA) volume post-ablation, a phenomenon termed reverse atrial remodeling, indicative of successful reversal of atrial cardiomyopathy progression.
