Brief Summary: This prospective observational study aims to compare the diagnostic performance of non-contrast magnetic resonance angiography (NC-MRA) and carotid Doppler ultrasonography in the evaluation of carotid artery disease among patients with ischemic cerebrovascular stroke or transient ischemic attack.
