Brief Summary: This study aims to compare two impression techniques, the neutral zone technique and the admixed impression technique, for making complete dentures in patients with atrophic mandibular ridges (severely resorbed lower jaw ridges). A total of 60 patients aged 50-70 years will be included and divided into two groups of 30 patients each.
