U.S., Nov. 3 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07908914) titled 'Comparing Radiotherapy Dose Strategies for Symptom Relief in Large Solid Tumors' on Oct. 20.

Brief Summary: This study will compare three ways of giving radiotherapy to relieve symptoms caused by a large solid tumor. Radiotherapy uses radiation to treat cancer. Researchers want to find out whether LATTICE radiotherapy, which gives a higher dose to small areas inside a tumor while treating the rest with a lower dose, improves symptom relief compared with two treatments that give a more even dose.

The study plans to enroll 426 adults. One tumor must be at least 7 centimeters across and have a volume of at least 100 cubic centimeters. ...
