Brief Summary: This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the efficacy of chlorhexidine and coconut oil in plaque-induced gingivitis patients. The study seeks to determine whether coconut oil pulling can provide comparable anti-plaque and anti-inflammatory effects to chlorhexidine mouthwash while producing fewer side effects.
