Brief Summary: This prospective open-label parallel pilot clinical study evaluated the efficacy and safety of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK)-guided simvastatin dosing in Child-Pugh A and B cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension over a 3-month period.
