Brief Summary: Arthrogenic muscle inhibition (AMI) is the key neurophysiological cause of impeding quadriceps activation following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). Blood flow restriction training (BFRT) may induce neuroplasticity whereas the neurophysiological responses remain uncertain.
