Brief Summary: We hypothesize vascular beta3 adrenergic receptors are present and functional in aging women and can be targeted to attenuate sympathetic vasoconstriction and enhance vascular function in aging women.

Intervention: DRUG: Placebo

Participants will receive a placebo in pill form.

DRUG: Gemtesa

Participants will receive oral gemtesa (75 mg).
