Brief Summary: This randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled split-mouth clinical trial aims to evaluate the clinical and biochemical efficacy of subgingival pomegranate peel extract gel as an adjunct to scaling and root planing (SRP) in the treatment of Stage II-III periodontitis.
