Brief Summary: This is a phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) of single oral doses of NTQ6179 tablets in healthy participants. A total of 56 healthy participants will be enrolled in 7 sequential dose cohorts, with an allocation ratio of NTQ6179 to placebo of 6:2 in each cohort.
