U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (Kan.) - chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies - today led a hearing with testimony from Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to review the President's FY2027 budget request for the Department of Justice.
"DOJ is requesting an increase of approximately $4.7 billion or roughly 12-13 percent above FY2026 enacted levels," said Chairman Moran.
