U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, today made this statement after the Senate adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 budget resolution.

It is the blueprint that unlocks the pathway for a targeted reconciliation bill that will provide funding for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
