Today, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Emeritus Michael McCaul (R-Texas) released the following statement on the fourth anniversary of Putin's war in Ukraine.
"Today marks four years since Vladimir Putin launched his brutal and unprovoked war on Ukraine - a war we were told in our briefings wouldn't last more than four days.
