WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a proposed rule called: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2027; and Basic Health Program; Correction.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 6 by Liesl I. Fowler, Executive Secretary to the Department, Department of Health and Human Services.
