WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a notice called: Medicare Program; Alternative Payment Model (APM) Incentive Payment Advisory for Clinicians-Request for Current Billing Information for Qualifying APM Participants.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 13 by Chyana Woodyard, Federal Register Liaison, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
