Last month at AFLCMC's tenth annual Life Cycle Industry Days gathering, Air Force Under Secretary Matt Lohmeier indicated that an "85 percent solution in the hands of our armed forces today is infinitely better than an unachievable 100 percent solution endlessly undergoing testing."
