Baltimore, Maryland - A federal grand jury indicted a Cecil County man and woman in connection with child sexual abuse charges.
Donald Samuel Haubrick, 48, of Elkton, Maryland, is charged with advertising child sexual abuse material (CSAM), distribution of CSAM, receipt of CSAM, and possession of CSAM. Breann Michele Lively, 26, of North East, Maryland, is charged with production of CSAM and distribution of CSAM.
