U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) released a statement following the groundbreaking ceremony for the new I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Cassidy's Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) provided $150 million in funding for replacing the bridge (https://www.cassidy.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/louisiana-receives-150m-for-calcasieu-bridge-from-cassidy-infrastructure-bill/).
