ATLANTA, GA - Attorney General Chris Carr has secured anadditionalcourt orderin the form of a Consent Judgmentthat prohibits MV Realty fromconducting business in Georgia andcollecting any further money from Georgia consumers.As part of the order,MV Realty haspaid$1 millionfor consumer restitution. This is the largest up-front paymentreceived by anyState that has settled with MV Realty to date -bringing thetotal savingsforGeorgia homeowners to $25.6 million.
