CARR CHARGES COBB COUNTY DEFENSE ATTORNEY WITH PANDERING AND SEXUAL BATTERY

ATLANTA, Sept. 8 -- The Georgia Attorney General issued the following news release:

COBB COUNTY, GA - Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr today announcedthathis office has filed a formal accusation in Cobb County chargingRoger L. Curry, 77,withPanderingand Sexual Battery. Curry, who is an attorney with Roger L. Curry, P.C. in Marietta,is alleged to havesolicitedsexual acts from a client.

"These are serious allegations that will not be tolerated, no matter who is involved," said Attorney General Chris Carr. "We'reproud to have worked with the GBI on this case, and we will ensure those responsible are held fully accountable for their actions."
