Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), a leader on the Senate Appropriations Committee and a member of the Senate Commerce Committee's Aviation, Space, and Innovation Subcommittee, announced a Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) allocation from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for terminal modernization of the West Virginia International Yeager Airport in Charleston, W.Va.
