EDMONDS, WA - Today, the United States Supreme Court ruled that President Donald Trump could proceed to restrict mail-in voting, allowing implementation of an executive order despite rulings of lower courts finding the president's order unconstitutional. The executive order would enable the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other agencies to have a role in determining whether voters receive ballots or a ballot will be counted.
