CANNONBALL! IT'S TIME TO DIVE INTO SOUP SEASON

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Oct. 8 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:

I gotta focus," George Costanza said. "I'm shifting into soup mode."

Actor Jason Alexander delivered the line to Julia Louis-Dreyfus' character, Elaine Benes, in the "Seinfeld" fan-favorite episode, "The Soup Nazi."

Now that we've entered the "-ber" months of October, November and December, it's time to consider shifting into soup mode - or "soup season," as some call it.
