On behalf of the United States, I wish all Canadians a happy Canada Day as you celebrate 159 years of Canadian Confederation.
The United States and Canada partnership, both in our Hemisphere and abroad, remains crucial as we advance security, strength, and prosperity at home. We have worked to advance the joint prosperity of our peoples, and we remain committed to their protection and promotion.
Congratulations and we look forward to a stronger future for both Americans and Canadians.
