BUS LANE REPLACEMENT TO IMPACT COLLEGE AVE. TRAFFIC AND BUS SERVICE SEPT. 28-OCT. 1

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., Sept. 24 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news release:

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - PennDOT work to replace the concrete bus lane on College Avenue scheduled for Monday, Sept. 28, through Thursday, Oct. 1, will result in the following impacts to traffic and transit service:

* A single-lane closure of College Avenue from McAllister Street to S. Allen Street will be in effect. Delays are expected, and drivers are advised to watch for slow moving and stopped vehicles through the entire work zone. * The crosswalk at Pugh Street will be closed.
