Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) today welcomed the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' announcement of a series of in-person workshops to help Table Rock Lake landowners identify and resolve long-standing boundary disputes on federal land.
The workshops follow updated guidance and new authorities that allow the Corps to address certain pre-existing boundary concerns through a clearer, more streamlined process without delaying shoreline use permits. Eligible homes or improvements that have existed for years may now have a defined path toward resolution, including continued use as allowed by law.
