WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has issued a proposed rule called: Administrative Revisions to Regulations Related to Outer Continental Shelf Minerals Other Than Oil, Gas, and Sulphur.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 24 by Lanny E. Erdos, Director, Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement, Exercising Authority of the Assistant Secretary-Land Mineral Management.
