WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has issued a notice called: Call for Information and Nominations for Central California Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Lease Sales Proposed in the 11th National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program.
