WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Oil Spill Financial Responsibility for Offshore Facilities.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 22 by Karen Thundiyil, Director, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.

Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) proposes this information collection request (ICR) to revise Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1010-0106.
