WASHINGTON, Aug. 17 -- Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Negotiated Noncompetitive Agreements for the Use of Outer Continental Shelf Sand, Gravel, and/or Shell Resources.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 17 by Karen Thundiyil, Director, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.

Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) proposes this information collection request (ICR) to renew Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1010-0191.
