WASHINGTON, April 30 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a rule called: Waste Prevention, Production Subject to Royalties, and Resource Conservation; Extension of Phase-In Requirements.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 30 by Lanny E. Erdos, Director, Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation and Enforcement Exercising Authority of the Assistant Secretary-Land Minerals Management.
