BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT ISSUES RULE: RESCISSION OF CONSERVATION AND LANDSCAPE HEALTH RULE

WASHINGTON, May 12 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a rule called: Rescission of Conservation and Landscape Health Rule.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 12 by Lanny Erdos, Director, Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement, Exercising the Authority of the Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.
