WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a proposed rule called: Royalty for Oil and Gas Lost From Onshore Federal and Indian Leases.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 24 by Lanny E. Erdos, Director, Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement, Exercising Authority of the Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.
