WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a proposed rule called: Rescission of Conservation and Landscape Health Rule.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Adam G. Suess, Acting Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.

Summary: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to rescind the Conservation and Landscape Health Rule, issued as a final rule on May 9, 2024. We solicit comment on all aspects of this rule.
