WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a notice called: Procedures To Apply for Company-Specific Onshoring Agreements To Obtain Tariff Adjustments for Pharmaceuticals and Pharmaceutical Ingredients Under Proclamation 11020.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 13 by Jessica Curyto, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Technology Security.
