WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Gaming; Approval by Operation of Law of the Wyandotte Nation and State of Kansas Gaming Compact.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 14 by William Henry Kirkland III, Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
Summary: This notice announces the approval by operation of law of the Tribal-State Compact between the Wyandotte Nation and the State of Kansas governing the operation and regulation of class III gaming activities.
