WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Gaming; Approval by Operation of Law of the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe and State of Washington Gaming Compact.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 11 by William Henry Kirkland III, Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
