WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Gaming; Approval by Operation of Law of the Eighth Amendment to the Tribal-State Compact for Class III Gaming Between the Nooksack Indian Tribe and the State of Washington.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 26 by William Henry Kirkland III, Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
