WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Tribal Energy Resource Agreements.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 19 by Steven Mullen, Information Collection Clearance Officer, Office of Regulatory Affairs and Collaborative Action-Indian Affairs.

Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs (AS-IA) is proposing to renew an information collection without change.
