WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has issued a rule called: Application for Relief From Disabilities Imposed by Federal Laws With Respect to the Acquisition, Receipt, Transfer, Shipment, Transportation, or Possession of Firearms.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 20 by Todd Blanche, Attorney General.
