BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS, AND EXPLOSIVES ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: REVISING FIREARMS TRANSACTION RECORD, "FORM 4473"

WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has issued a proposed rule called: Revising Firearms Transaction Record, "Form 4473".
