BUFFALO MAN PREVIOUSLY CONVICTED OF POSSESSING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY PLEADS GUILTY TO NEW CHARGE

BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today thatJamie Anderson, 26, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to possession of child pornography by a person having a prior conviction relating to the possession of child pornography. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of 20 years, and a fine of $250,000.
