DRYDEN, N.Y., April 9 -- Tompkins Cortland Community College issued the following news release:

Tompkins Cortland Community College men's basketball player Jah-Mel Bruce has been selected a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-American. He is the fifth player to earn All-American honors in the history of the Panthers men's basketball team following Javonte Long (2025), Khai Pugh (2024), Tyseem Lyles (2014), and Jude Princivil (1995).

Bruce was voted to the NJCAA All-American third team. He had previously been selected to the NJCAA Region 3 First Team and the Mid-State Athletic Conference Player of the Year. He averaged 20.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 3.4 steals per game.
