Boucek was formally invested as the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee during an investiture ceremony held June 26, 2026, at the Soli Deo Center on the campus of Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville. The investiture marked the formal ceremonial recognition of Boucek's appointment as the chief federal law enforcement officer for the Middle District of Tennessee.
