Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) released the following statement after the Trump Administration overturned the Environmental Protection Agency's 2009 finding that greenhouse gas pollution is a threat to Americans' health. Overturning this decision and blocking the EPA's ability to safeguard American families was a key objective of Project 2025.
"This reckless decision by Donald Trump will kill good-paying clean energy jobs, raise energy costs, and threaten the health of our children. I will keep working to do everything I can in Congress to protect our neighbors from the consequences of Donald Trump's pro-pollution policies."
