Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) issued the following statement on the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act:

"The United States faces a severe housing shortage, with millions of homes in urgent need of construction, while the median age of first-time homebuyers has climbed to 40.

The Senate's passage of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, which combines key provisions from the Housing for the 21st Century Act that I proudly voted for, represents the biggest step forward in federal housing policy in a generation.
