U.S. Senators John Boozman (R-AR), Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-KS) and Katie Britt (R-AL) introduced the Presidential Fitness Test Act of 2025, legislation to codify an Executive Order reestablishing the President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition as well as reinstitute the Presidential Fitness Test and award. The Council would be tasked with advising the president and advancing national priorities related to physical fitness, sports participation and nutrition awareness, ensuring Americans are able to live healthy lives and support the nation's future workforce and military readiness.
