U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal, Ranking Member of the U.S. Senate Veterans Affairs Committee, and U.S. Senator Chris Murphy today applauded the U.S. House of Representatives passage of a bill to rename the West Haven VA Medical Center in honor of U.S Army Captain Paul "Bud" Bucha - a longtime resident of Ridgefield and Medal of Honor recipient, who died on July 31st, 2024.
