Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee Ranking Member Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) is leading a group of his Senate colleagues in introducing the Honor Our Promise to Veterans Act (the Honor Act)-sweeping legislation (https://www.veterans.senate.gov/services/files/58326D45-08B1-458B-885E-96F93A033AB2) to invest in the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) aging infrastructure, improve VA's ability to recruit high quality health care employees, and improve the standards of care veterans receive.
