In an effort to strengthen military readiness, revitalize our industrial base, and provide our troops with a pay raise and the tools to deter and defeat adversaries, the U.S. Senate today voted 76-20 to advance the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2026 (S.1071). The measure already passed the full U.S. House of Representatives and is now on track for final passage by the full U.S. Senate later in the week.
